冰蓄冷区域能源站运行策略优化分析

Operation Strategy Optimization Analysis of Regional Energy Stations in Ice Storage

Abstract:Based on the intensive construction project of the urban substation and regional energy station in Qianhai,Shenzhen,the installation scheme and operation strategy of the ice‑storage energy station are optimized from the perspective of improving the grid power load curve and analyzed under the comparison with traditional schemes in terms of power load optimization and investment economy. The result shows that by adopting the optimized operation scheme,
a higher peak load shifting rate is achieved,but it leads to a significant increase in initial investment. If only the maximum effect of peak load shifting is considered for the optimization objective,the economic benefit obtained through the peak‑valley price difference is not enough to offset the increased initial investment.

摘 要:基于深圳前海城市变电站与区域能源站集约建设项目,从改善电网用电负荷曲线的角度对冰蓄冷能源站装机方案和运行策略进行优化,并从电负荷优化效果和投资经济性两方面与传统方案进行对比分析。结果表明:优化运行方案虽能达到较高的削峰率,但也会导致初投资显著增加,若优化目标仅考虑削峰填谷效果最大化,则利用峰谷电价差取得的经济收益不足以抵消增加的初投资。
