Transformation and Application of IEC 60364 - 8 - 1 Electrical Energy Efficiency Standard

Abstract：The first international energy efficiency standard IEC 60364 - 8 - 1 for electrical systems is introduced,and the characteristics,three principles and energy efficiency evaluation methods of the standard are expounded. On the basis of understanding the international advanced standards,some problems needing attention in the transformation and application of this standard in China are also discussed.

摘　要：对国际上第一本电气系统能效标准IEC 60364 - 8 - 1进行介绍，阐述标准的特点、遵循的三大原则及能效评价方法；在了解国际先进标准的基础上，也对该标准在国内转化和应用时需要注意的几个问题进行了探讨。
