基于新国标的绿色建筑电气设计技术要点解析

Abstract：The significant differences between the new GB / T 50378 - 2019 Assessment Standard for Green Building and the old GB / T 50378 - 2014 are analyzed,the classification rules of the new GB evaluation grades are described,the key technical points of the new GB“control items”and“scoring items”related to electrical discipline are analyzed in detail,and it is proposed that the electrical design of green buildings should not be implemented according to the old GB,but must be based on the new GB. With reference to the key technical points described in this paper item by item,and combining with the project characteristics,special articles on green buildings are designed and written,and relevant technical measures are implemented in the design drawings of building electrical and intelligent systems in a targeted and practical way.

摘　要：分析新版国标GB / T 50378 - 2019《绿色建筑评价标准》区别于旧版GB / T 50378 - 2014的显著特点，阐释新版国标评价等级的划分规则，对与电气专业相关的新版国标“控制项”与“评分项”的技术要点进行详尽解析，提出绿色建筑电气设计不应再按照旧版国标执行，必须基于新版国标，逐项参照本文所述技术要点，结合项目特点进行设计和编写绿建专篇，并应把相关技术措施，有针对性、切实具体地落实到建筑电气与智能化系统设计图纸中。
