基于BIM的物联网一体化平台的智慧应用

Abstract：Taking office buildings as an example,

based on the management requirements of intelligent system of smart buildings,the application of Internet of Things and the establishment of BIM completion model are introduced. On this basis,the application of BIM - based integrated IoT platform in smart buildings is introduced. At the same time,an example is given to illustrate how to use the integrated platform to realize unified management of equipment,and improve O&M management efficiency and reduce O&M costs through visual integrated platform.

摘　要：以办公建筑为例，立足于智慧建筑智能化系统的管理需求，引申出物联网的应用及BIM竣工模型的建立，在此基础上介绍基于BIM的物联网一体化平台在智慧建筑中的应用，同时举例说明如何运用一体化平台实现设备的统一管理，通过可视化的集成平台提高运维管理效率，降低运维成本。
