Abstract： The status quo of use of split air conditioners in public buildings is analyzed,and the composition of the smart management system for split air conditioners in public buildings is described. Based on the operation cases and test results in budget hotel renovation projects,the design and application of the smart management system for split air conditioners are analyzed.

摘　要：分析公共建筑分体空调的使用现状，介绍公共建筑内分体空调智慧管理系统的组成。结合经济型酒店改建项目的运营案例和测试效果，简述分体空调智慧管理系统的设计与应用。
