商业综合体建筑电气负荷密度研究

Abstract:According to the characteristics of commercial complex buildings,through investigation on the actual installed capacity of a large number of commercial complex buildings,the characteristics of commercial complex buildings are analyzed and compared from the perspective of electrical load density,and the influence of super high‑rise buildings and thermal zoning on commercial complex buildings is obtained. Bootstrap method is used to analyze and obtain the TCPA and the recommended values of power,air‑conditioning and lighting load density selection range,which can provide reference for the electrical scheme design of commercial complex buildings.

摘 要:针对商业综合体建筑的特点,通过调研大量商业综合体建筑实际安装容量,从电气负荷密度的角度来分析比较商业综合体建筑的特点,得出超高层及热工分区对商业综合体建筑的影响。利用Bootstrap法分析得到变压器容量指标和动力、空调、照明负荷密度选取范围建议值,对商业综合体建筑电气方案设计提供参考。
