Abstract: On the basis of the research results of “Research and Application of Orderly Charging Technology for Electric Vehicles in Residential Area”,
a Construction Science and Technology Program of Hu’nan Province,the basic design thought,design principles,system compositions,control strategy,and application results of orderly charging system for electric vehicles are introduced.

摘 要:结合湖南省建设科技计划项目“住宅小区电动汽车有序充电技术研究及应用”的研究成果,介绍电动汽车有序充电系统的设计基本思路、设计原则、系统组成、控制策略、系统总体控制流程及具体项目应用成效。
