Abstract:The paper analyzes the reasonable selection of transformer energy efficiency grade in the era background of“peak carbon dioxide emissions”and“carbon neutrality”and under the new situation of promulgation and implementation of new energy efficiency standards. Besides,the performance advantages and characteristics of the semi‑enveloped three‑phase three‑column high‑efficiency and energy‑saving amorphous‑alloy dry‑type transformer are introduced from the aspects of no‑load loss of the transformer,electromagnetic structure design,raw material selection,noise control and process improvement. Finally,the energy‑saving effect of the semi‑enveloped three‑phase three‑column high‑efficiency energy‑saving amorphous alloy dry‑type transformer is compared and analyzed from the aspects of economic and social benefits.

摘 要:分析“碳达峰”“碳中和”时代背景和新能效标准颁布实施新形势下变压器能效等级的合理选择。通过变压器空载损耗、电磁结构设计、原材料选用、噪声控制、工艺改进等方面介绍半包封三相三柱高效节能非晶合金干式变压器的性能优势和特点。从经济效益和社会效益两方面对半包封三相三柱高效节能非晶合金干式变压器的节能效果进行分析、对比。
