新能效标准下变压器的选择

Selection of Transformer under New Energy Efficiency Standard

Abstract:In view of the higher requirements of the new energy efficiency standard Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and the Energy Efficiency Grades for Power Transformers(GB 20052 - 2020),this paper analyzes and compares the hot issues of commonly used 10 / 0.4 kV three‑phase transformers,such as the classification,core structure,
amorphous alloy material,silicon rubber insulation,aluminum foil winding,etc. The misunderstanding in the energy‑saving design of transformer is discussed.

摘 要:针对变压器能效新标准GB 20052 - 2020《电力变压器能效限定值及能效等级》对变压器能效提出的更高要求,就常用10 / 0.4 kV三相变压器的分类、铁心型式结构、非晶合金材质、硅橡胶绝缘、铝箔绕组等节能变压器热点问题进行分析比较,并探讨变压器节能设计中存在的误区。
