Abstract：The important indexes in electric safety evaluation of residential buildings are analyzed;an electric safety evaluation model based on Fuzzy-AHP is established. Some cases are calculated and analyzed with help of the model. The model’s advantages,disadvantages and corresponding improvement methods are discussed.

摘　要：分析住宅建筑电气安全评估的重要指标，采用模糊分析法，建立建筑电气安全评估模型。通过案例进行住宅建筑电气安全评估模型计算分析，并就评估模型的优缺点以及改进方法进行探讨。
