Abstract：The design features,load classification,load calculation as well as the power transformation and distribution system of the fulminating infectious disease inpatient building are introduced,the key design points in electrical discipline are summarized，

and the challenges in the process of construction and reconstruction are analyzed.

摘　要：介绍烈性传染病住院楼的设计特点、负荷分级、负荷计算和变配电系统，总结其电气专业的设计要点，分析新建和改造过程中出现的难点问题。
