Electrical Design of Kitchen in Five‑star Hotel

Abstract：In the absence of relevant contents in the current domestic codes and atlas,the author combines the primary M&E design and the secondary M&E design,and gives opinions and suggestions on the electrical design of kitchens in five‑star hotels from the aspects of power distribution,lighting,grounding and automatic fire alarm.

摘　要：在目前国内规范及图集缺少相关内容的情况下，结合一次机电设计及二次机电设计，从配电、照明、接地、火灾自动报警等方面，对五星级酒店厨房电气设计给出作者的见解和建议。
