村镇老年人设施中智能照明适用技术研究*

Research on Applicable Intelligent Lighting Technologies in Facilities

for the Elderly in Villages and Towns *

Abstract：The development status of lighting in buildings for the elderly in villages and towns,the night activities of the elderly and the needs of building energy‑saving management are analyzed to sort out the unsolved problems in the use of intelligent lighting in buildings for the elderly in villages and towns,clarify the setting principles of intelligence lighting control system,screen out three applicable control technologies, namely as timing,induction and linkage. Application demonstration research is carried out in general places and rooms of buildings for the elderly in villages and towns,and the matters needing attention in the implementation process are put forward.

摘　要：通过分析村镇养老建筑照明的发展现状、老年人夜间活动以及建筑节能管理的需求，梳理出村镇养老建筑使用智能照明有待解决的问题，明确智能照明控制系统的设置原则，筛选出定时、感应、联动3种适用控制技术，并在村镇养老建筑的通用型场所和房间进行应用示范研究，提出实施过程中需要注意的事项。
