Abstract：The electrical design practices of American electrical standards in power supply and distribution,emergency power supply system,lightning protection and grounding are analyzed in combination with the new Phnom Penh International Airport project designed according to American electrical standards,and the differences between Chinese and American electrical design standards and practices are compared.

摘　要：结合采用美国电气标准进行设计的柬埔寨新金边国际机场项目，分析美国电气标准在供配电、应急电源系统、防雷接地等电气设计的做法，对比中美电气设计标准及做法上的差异。
