Abstract：A BIM - based smart park integrated operation and management platform is built,which starting from C - end visitor interaction,improving employee satisfaction and park science and technology management,integrates the management of intelligent visitor,intelligent security,intelligent monitoring,intelligent canteen,intelligent energy,intelligent facility management and other systems to achieve the purposes of improving security management,enhancing customer interaction,reducing labor costs,ensuring operation quality and reducing operation energy consumption.

摘　要：通过建设基于BIM的智慧园区综合运营管理平台，从C端访客互动、提升员工满意度和园区科技管理方面着手，通过将智慧访客、智慧安防、智能监控、智慧食堂、智慧能源、智慧设施管理等系统的管理集成到园区综合运营管理平台上，达到完善安全管理、增强客户互动、降低人工成本、保证运行品质、降低运行能耗的目的。
