Study on the Key Points of Smart Transportation Design

Abstract：Through the analysis on the current transportation situation and problems,this paper introduces the background and necessity of smart transportation construction. In addition to putting forward the method of smart transportation design,this paper builds the smart transportation technology system from the perspective of information construction,accurately perceives the driver‑vehicle‑road behavior with rich intelligent perception collection equipment,and builds the analysis, research and judgment ability by using intelligent systems such as big data and cloud computing,so as to achieve improving the traffic management ability.

摘　要：通过对目前交通形势与问题的分析，介绍智慧交通建设的大背景与必要性。提出智慧交通设计的方法，通过从信息化建设视角构建智慧交通科技体系，用丰富智能的感知采集设备对人、车、路行为进行精准感知，利用大数据、云计算等智能系统构筑分析研判能力，从而达到提升交通管理能力的目标。
