某商业综合体电气设计管理简谈

Brief Discussion on the Electrical Design Management of a Commercial Complex

Abstract：There are many design items in commercial complex,and the design control is complicated. The electrical design management shall not only control the content quality of drawings,but also coordinate the needs and requirements of various departments. The planning points,municipal supporting conditions,development pace,requirements of various departments,design period will affect the design progress and results. The construction standards,requirements of external units,requirements of various departments of the owner, and contents and control processes involved in electrical design and management of the project that the author participated in are sorted out.

摘　要：商业综合体设计分项较多，设计管控较为复杂，电气设计管理不仅要把控图纸内容质量，还要协调好各部门的需求与要求，规划要点、市政配套条件、开发节奏、各部门需求、设计工期等都会影响设计进度及成果，就笔者参与项目的建造标准、外部单位要求、建设单位各部门要求及电气设计管理所涉及的内容及管控流程进行梳理。
