Design of Smart Home System Based on BIM

Abstract:BIM Technology is applied to the O&M and management stage after the construction facilities are put into operation. In addition to proposing a smart home system whose bottom hardware nodes are controlled by multiple STM32 embedded microprocessors and upper software is designed with BIM architecture,building a smart home system platform with home control and energy consumption monitoring functions and completing the overall software and hardware design of the system,including node circuit and program design,cloud program design and mobile program design,this paper creates a cloud server and database system,so that the users can operate the BIM model on the mobile client APP to control the corresponding home components to realize home control and energy consumption monitoring.

摘 要:将BIM技术应用于建筑设施投运后的运维与管理阶段,提出一个底层硬件节点由多个STM32嵌入式微处理器控制、上层软件采用BIM架构设计的智能家居系统,搭建一套具有家居控制和能耗监测功能的智能家居系统平台,完成系统整体的软件和硬件设计,其中包括各节点电路与程序设计、云端程序设计、移动端程序设计等,并创建云端服务器与数据库系统,用户可以操作手机客户端App上的BIM模型控制相对应的家居组件,实现家居控制和能耗监测。
