Thoughts on Electrical Transformation Design of Existing Buildings towards
the “Dual‑carbon”Goals

Abstract:Combined with the engineering experience of transforming a building of an Administration for Industry and Commerce into a medical building,this paper analyzes the key points of electrical transformation design for the existing building,and uses the BIM technology to address the difficulties of data inheritance and net height control in the transformation process of the existing building. This paper also illustrates the electrical design and implementation plan for the low‑carbon transformation of the project.

摘 要:结合某工商局大楼改造成医养建筑的工程经验,对既有建筑电气改造设计的要点展开分析;运用BIM技术辅助解决既有建筑改造过程中数据继承困难、净高控制等难点;阐述项目低碳化改造的电气设计实施方案。
