Abstract：In terms of the feature that the construction of sports centers in prefecture‑level cities attaches greater significance to practicability,cost‑effectiveness and sustainable development,compared with that at the provincial and municipal level,and in combination with the engineering example,

this paper conducts the analysis and research on electrical design concepts and key technical issues of sports centers in prefecture‑level cities in light of the power supply and distribution system,lighting,lightning protection & earthing,and post‑games utilization，etc.

摘　要：针对地级市体育中心建设与省市级相比更加注重实用性、经济性和可持续发展的特点，结合工程实例，从供配电系统、照明、防雷与接地、赛后利用等方面对地级市体育中心的电气设计理念和关键技术问题进行分析探讨。
