Suggestions on Cancelling the Voltage Protector in Each Residential Building

Abstract：In combination with the newly modified and approved Code for Electrical Design of Residential Buildings(JGJ 242), this paper learns and discusses the new clauses of“fault neutral line”,namely,Clause 6.3.2.According to the authorized and public information,this paper investigates and studies the actual occurrence of“fault neutral line”and power supply quality conditions of power grid. This paper re‑discusses the“fault neutral line”protection from multiple perspectives,and proposes the suggestions regarding cancelling the arrangement of the voltage protector and undervoltage protections in residential buildings.

摘　要：结合新修订报批的JGJ 242《住宅建筑电气设计规范》，学习、商榷“断零”新条文6.3.2条。依据权威和公开信息，调查研究“断零”事故实际发生和电网供电质量情况。从多角度对“断零”防护进行再探讨，提出取消住宅户内设置电压保护器和欠电压保护规范措施的建议。
