Abstract：This paper focuses on the power supply and distribution upgrade design of gymnasium and natatorium in Jianyang Cultural and Sports Centre from Grade B to a venue for Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games. By sorting out the construction requirements and electrical configuration guidelines of Chengdu 2021 FISU World University Games,this paper expounds the electrical system upgrade design from the aspects such as load classification,power supply,emergency power supply, distribution system and process coordination,and shares some experiences in the design.

摘　要：着重介绍简阳文体中心体育馆、游泳馆由乙级场馆提升为成都大运会比赛场馆的供配电提升设计情况，通过对成都大运会建设要求、电气配置导则进行梳理，从负荷分级、供电电源、应急电源、配电系统、工艺配合等方面对电气系统提升设计进行阐述，并分享设计中的几点体会。
