Research and Application of Key Design Points for Transforming Existing
Buildings into Ultra‑low Energy Consumption Buildings *

Abstract:In response to the national goals of “carbon peaking”and“carbon neutrality”,this paper researches the comprehensive energy‑saving transformation technology of existing buildings,analyzes the design requirements of ultra‑low energy consumption buildings,and practices the transformation of existing buildings into ultra‑low energy consumption buildings in the Project. Besides,an intelligent building operating system is built to extend the design idea to the operation and maintenance stage. Moreover,the idea of systematic and integral forward design and“passive first, active optimization”is put forward to realize the design of ultra‑low energy consumption buildings.

摘 要:响应国家“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标,研究既有建筑综合节能改造技术,分析超低能耗建筑设计需求,在工程中实践既有建筑改造为超低能耗建筑。搭建智慧建筑操作系统,将设计思路延伸至运维阶段。提出系统性、整体性正向设计,“被动为主,主动优化”的思路,实现超低能耗建筑设计。
