AbstractThe development of building direct current distribution meets the requirements of largescale development of distributed renewable energy under the dual carbon target in China and has broad application prospects in the field of civil buildings. However,the characteristics of DC system and the close coupling relationship between the systems also pose great challenges to electrical design of buildings. The Design Standard for Direct Current Power Distribution of Civil Buildings(T / CABEE 030 - 2022) is the first technical standard focusing on engineering application of DC power distribution systems in the building field. Starting with developmental impetus of building DC distribution,this paper introduced preparation background,process and framework of the Standard,and also described main terms and contents in three aspects:system capacity configuration,operation control and system protection from two aspects of design objectives of DC distribution system and DC characteristics.

摘 要:建筑直流配电的发展符合我国双碳目标下分布式可再生能源规模化发展的要求,在民用建筑领域具有广阔的应用前景,但直流系统自身的特性和系统之间紧密的耦合关系也给建筑电气设计带来了极大的挑战。T / CABEE 030 - 2022《民用建筑直流配电设计标准》是首个聚焦直流配电系统在建筑领域工程化应用的技术标准。从建筑直流配电发展的驱动力入手,介绍标准编制的背景、过程和标准框架,并从直流配电系统设计目标和直流自身特性两个方面出发,介绍本标准在系统容量配置、运行控制和系统保护三方面的主要条款内容。
