AbstractThe reasons for the frequent electric shock accidents related to street lamps in waterlogged cities during the rainy season are analyzed from the perspectives of street lamp manufacturing standards and conventional design schemes for road lamp distribution systems. It is presented that there is a high risk of electric shocks in the use of existing street lamp pole products in waterlogged conditions during the rainy season. Improvement requirements,including raising the heights of access panels above the ground,are proposed for lamp pole products. The optimal earthing form of the street lamp distribution system in the current conditions is demonstrated. From the perspective of safety concerning electric shocks,it is presented that the DC power distribution technology will be the development direction for street lamp power distribution in the future.

摘 要:从路灯制造标准、路灯配电系统常规设计方案角度出发,分析雨季积水城市路灯电击事故频发的原因。提出现有路灯灯杆产品在雨季积水使用存在较大的电击风险,对灯杆产品提出抬升检修窗离地高度等改进建议。论证当前条件下路灯配电系统的最优接地形式。从电击安全角度出发,提出直流配电技术是未来路灯配电的发展方向。
