Abstract：On account of such problems as tight schedule for drawing plotting by the designers and human design error & omission,this paper introduces a method of graphical representation of calculation results by building database using Excel function and automatic VBA program development software according to the power transformation and distribution system diagram design process,so as to elaborate the algorithm logic,architecture,operating environment and operation steps of the software.

摘　要：针对设计人员出图时间紧、存在人为设计错漏碰缺等问题，根据变配电系统图设计流程，介绍一种采用Excel函数建立数据库、VBA程序开发自动化软件将计算结果图形化的实现方法，对软件的算法逻辑、结构、运行环境与操作步骤等进行阐述。
