避难层电气设计探讨

Abstract：The provision of super high‑rise building refuge floors and the specifications & standards for electrical design of the refuge floors are classified and discussed as per the requirements for the provision of refuge floors and refuge areas. Meanwhile,

according to the practical engineering design,the solutions are proposed for such key aspects as the provision of electric equipment distribution systems for fire protection and dedicated fire phones on refuge floors,handling of electrical pipelines through the refuge area and forced draft fan linkage in the refuge area.

摘　要：针对超高层建筑避难层的设置、避难层电气设计的规范标准条文，按避难层、避难区设置要求进行分类梳理及探讨。并结合实际工程设计，重点对避难层消防用电设备配电系统、消防专线电话设置、电气管线穿越避难区处理、避难区加压送风机的联动等问题提出解决方案。
