Abstract：In view of the actual problem of how to manually control the emergency startup of the non‑central controlled fire emergency lighting and evacuate indicating system after the fire is confirmed:

where is the manual control?who controls it manually?and when to control manually?Three schemes of manual control emergency startup system are proposed:

① using small emergency lighting controller;② using emergency start button;③ using power‑off emergency startup.

摘　要：针对非集中控制型消防应急照明和疏散指示系统在火灾确认后如何手动控制系统的应急启动存在的实际问题：在哪里手动控制？由谁来手动控制？什么时候能够手动控制？提出3种手动控制应急启动系统的方案：① 采用小型应急照明控制器；② 采用应急启动按钮；③采 用断电应急启动。
