AbstractBased on the two design examples of power supply system for domestic large‑scale advanced semi‑conductor plant by analysis of the theoretical data such as load classification and transformer capacity and design and building of system scheme diagram the two examples of power supply system are analyzed in details and targeted comparison of similarities and differences is made for the illustrated two examples of power supply system.

摘 要:结合两个国内大型先进半导体厂房的供电系统设计实例,通过进行负荷分级、变压器容量确定等理论数据分析和系统方案图设计搭建,对两个实例的供电系统进行详细分析,并对列举案例的供电系统进行针对性的异同对比,为后期同类项目设计提供实用案例分析。
