利旧与重构:既有建筑改造工程电气设计要点分析

Abstract：The electrical design of the new building is compared with that of the existing building renovation project. It has been found that there are many differences due to the limitations of many existing conditions. In combination with engineering examples，key points and negligible points are expounded for electrical design of existing building renovation projects so as to put forward valuable technical measures from two directions of“salvaging”and“reconstructing”.

摘　要：既有建筑改造工程电气设计与新建建筑电气设计相比，因受到诸多既成条件的限制而存在较多不同之处。本文结合工程实例，阐述既有建筑改造工程电气设计的关键点与易忽略点，从“利旧”与“重构”两个方向提出具有参考价值的技术措施。
