电力电缆经济电流截面选型计算的探讨

Discussion on the Calculation of Cross‑section Selection of Economic Current of Power Cable

Abstract:In the electrical design of power cable,cable cross‑section shall be selected according to the temperature rise of heating load,dynamic thermal stability under short circuit,voltage drop and mechanical strength. Besides,to select the cable cross‑section in the green building design, the initial investment and operating cost of power cable shall be minimized. That is,according to the economic current density,multiple related formulas and indexes are taken into account to calculate complex problems compared with manual calculation,an intelligent calculation method for the cross‑section of economic current density of power cable is prepared through engineering practice,the total cost of ownership of cable is calculated conveniently for different electricity costs,which simplifies the calculation process and improves the calculation efficiency and accuracy.

摘 要:电力电缆在电气设计中要求按负荷发热温升、短路动热稳定、电压降、机械强度等方面来选取电缆的截面。除此之外,绿色建筑设计中对电力电缆采用初始投资和运行损耗的费用最小来选择电缆截面。即按照经济电流密度选择,考虑多个公式关联和指数计算对于人工手算比较繁琐的问题,通过工程实践编制出电力电缆经济电流截面选用智能计算方法,用项目实例说明计算过程,对不同的电费成本方便地计算出电缆总拥有费用,简化计算过程,提高了计算效率和准确度。
