Brief Analysis of the Coordination between Intelligent Buildings and the Top‑level Planning for Three‑in‑one Smart Hospitals

Abstract：Considering the disconnection,mismatch and improper coordination between the standards and codes system for intelligent buildings and the top‑level planning for smart hospitals,a comparative analysis is conducted for intelligent buildings and relevant codes and standards for medical informatization,and an analysis is conducted for the investigation report on the current status of the construction of smart hospitals,in order to define the role of intelligent buildings in the top‑level planning for smart hospitals and make the coordination between them clear. Moreover，corresponding suggestions are provided.

摘　要：针对建筑智能化规范体系与智慧医院顶层规划脱节、相互不匹配、衔接不当等问题，通过对建筑智能化及医疗信息化相关规范、标准的对比分析，以及对智慧医院建设现状调研报告的分析，明确建筑智能化在智慧医院顶层规划中的定位，明晰两者的衔接问题，并提出相应建议。
