AbstractBased on an example of model selection and design of the surge protective device(SPD)in the design of distribution system of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),a major national science and technology infrastructure,the specific methods for model selection and main parameter verification of SPD for lowvoltage distribution system in a highaltitude environment are introduced in detail.
