Reflection on Matching between Complex Design and Business Format Management Model

Abstract：Based on actual conditions of different design standards and functional requirements of various formats in complex buildings,this paper summarizes and sorts out the experience and practices in design and implementation processes of actual complex building works. Then,it proposes some key issues to be focused on and relevant solutions in determining load classes,power supply systems，planning machine rooms，distribution systems，etc.

摘　要：针对综合体建筑内各业态不同设计标准及功能需求的实际情况，总结及梳理实际综合体建筑工程在设计及实施过程中的经验做法。提出在负荷等级确定、供电系统、机房规划、配电系统等方面需重点关注的一些问题及其解决方法。
