Discussion on Design Key Points of Functional Exchange between Peacetime

and Wartime in Electrical Discipline of Civil Air Defense Works

Abstract：Based on the Technical Standard for Function Exchange of Civil Air Defence Works between Peacetime and Wartime(DB34 / T 4628 - 2023),a local standard of Anhui Province,this paper summarizes the contents related to electrical discipline,analyzes the new requirements and regulations of DB34 / T 4628 - 2023 in combination with current relevant specifications and design practices of civil air defense works and finally provides corresponding solutions.

摘　要：结合安徽省地方标准DB34/T 4628-2023《人民防空工程平战转换技术规范》，对其中与电气专业相关的内容进行梳理归纳，并结合现行人防工程相关规范及设计通常做法，对DB34 / T 4628 - 2023的新要求新规定进行分析，给出相应的解决办法。
